Creating a perfect re-skin of British Airways booking process applying the new look and feel created by DesignStudio.

DesignStudio is an international brand and design agency. They create brands for the most innovative and exciting companies in the world, to help them rewrite the rules for how we all live our lives.

British Airways is the flag carrier airline of the United Kingdom. It is the second largest airline in the United Kingdom, based on fleet size and passengers carried.

I’ve joined DesignStudio to work on an amazing project with British Airways.

DesignStudio is giving a new look and feel to British Airways website by creating a new experience. I’ve been working to deliver a fully responsive re-skin of the current selling flow applying the new BA look and feel across desktop, tablet and mobile.

Process

Working closely with British Airways team.

 

We worked really closely with BA design team on this project. We did a 4 weeks sprint to tackle all the challenges of this redesign.

I’ve started redesigning all the important components and introducing the new user experience in the header.

The challenge here was to make sure that everything that is designed can be responsive and not to create different experiences depending on the device.
